Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of hourly workforce: Support, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve exceptional performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives.
- Collaborating with support teams: Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and execution of business plans.
- Physical demands: Lift up to 49 pounds, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, and work in an environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions.
- Continuous learning and growth: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of our Operations network.

Essential Qualifications:
