Responsibilities:

- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We are looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow with arenaflex.
