What to Expect
As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch billing support to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting callers with billing inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Determining the services that customers are missing and making recommendations for upgrades and add-ons
- Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Coding sales accurately and completely

Education and Requirements
No degree is necessary to join our team. We're looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals who are ready to start a business and be their own boss. To get started, you'll need:
- A computer with a separate monitor (dual monitors may be required on some client programs)
- High-speed wired Internet (no WiFi)
- A phone with a headset
- A background screening (no felonies or fraudulent behaviors)
Technical Requirements
To ensure compatibility with our platform and client programs, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
- CPU Speed: Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better
- Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space
- Memory: 4 GB of RAM or better
- Operating System: Windows 7 or Windows 10
- Standard Connection and Speed: Hard-wired connection (no wireless) with a minimum 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload speed
- Monitor: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
Mac Requirements
If you're a Mac user, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Ethernet port

- Certain client programs may require specific versions of Windows
