The Role
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assisting customers with their Medicare and Medicaid managed care health plan needs. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering questions related to benefits, claims, and complaints in a call center environment
- Receiving calls from both members and providers, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
- Meeting specified metrics to qualify for work from home opportunities after 30 days of employment
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Key Qualifications
