Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering all inbound sales leads, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering all inbound sales leads and providing exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Demonstrating a positive and professional attitude towards all customers, handling complaints with top priority, and working towards immediate resolution
  • Instilling the "100% customer satisfaction" standard in every interaction
  • Treating all inquiries or orders with top priority and ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborating with our sales team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to our customers
  • Working closely with our operations team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Computer Competence: Highly experienced and capable of using a wide range of applications, including CRM software, email marketing tools, and customer service platforms
  • Effective Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
