- Meeting daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals, collaborating with team members to improve customer experience
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
