Job Responsibilities:

As a remote customer service and sales representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers via inbound calls to gather information and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Communicating with our clients when transferring customers to them, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate information sharing
  • Staying up-to-date on basic auto insurance points as a product, enabling you to answer customer questions accurately and confidently
  • Using rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and concerns
  • Gathering and documenting client information with accuracy, ensuring our vendors have the best information to provide quotes and services
  • Answering customer questions accurately and providing clear, concise information
  • Upselling products and services as required, meeting or exceeding monthly sales metrics

  • Have your own high-speed internet connection and be hardwired to a router, ensuring reliable and fast connectivity
