Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join our remote team on a full-time basis. As a hybrid agent, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers seeking auto insurance quotes, gathering customer information, and transferring customers to our sales vendors. Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers via inbound calls to gather information and address their queries
- Transferring customers to our sales vendors for insurance quotes, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience
- Familiarizing yourself with basic auto insurance points to answer customer questions accurately
- Using rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns, and understanding customers' needs to address them effectively
- Gathering and documenting client information with accuracy to ensure our vendors have the best information
- Answering customer questions accurately and providing excellent customer service
- Upselling products and services as required to meet sales metrics
Job Expectations
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following expectations:
- Have a high-speed internet connection and be hardwired to a router for reliable connectivity
- Be able to start immediately, with flexibility to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule (9:00am-6:00pm EST)
- Provide an exceptional customer experience in all interactions, upholding arenaflex's high standards
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and behavior requirements
- Pass a background check as part of the hiring process
