Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Operator, you will:

  • Engage customers through live chat, offering immediate assistance and support to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Handle a variety of inquiries, including account questions, product details, and service issues, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Provide links for sales and promotions, and apply discounts directly during chats to enhance the customer experience.
  • Utilize advanced chat software to manage multiple conversations efficiently, ensuring timely and effective support to customers.
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.

Key Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Requirements:

+ Access to a reliable internet connection and a device (laptop, phone, or tablet) capable of managing live chats. + Basic English writing skills are necessary. + arenaflex provides full training, so no prior experience in chat support is needed.

  • Location: Fully remote, open to candidates preferably based in the United States but not limited to.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Basic English writing skills necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
