Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving functional effectiveness and identifying cost-saving opportunities across our organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, AI, and Labor Management, to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions, optimize processes, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of the forecasting process for assigned business lines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Foster collaboration, streamline business cycles, and capture stakeholder needs across departments (Crowd, Money, AI, and Labor Management)
• Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation, and execute data-driven process enhancements to improve existing workflows
• Scale the current forecasting process efficiently to meet the unique requirements of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and flexibility targets
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Research, Computer Science)

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior business analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience working with data warehouses and business intelligence tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Research, Computer Science)

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
• Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)

* Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
