Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in and baggage process, and assisting with ticketing and boarding procedures
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the check-in and boarding processes, including managing seat availability and making gate announcements
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some luggage weighing up to 70 pounds
- Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight, and working hours ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation

- Pass a physical ability test (PAT), which can be prepared for through searching this video
- Pass a Customer Service Assessment
