As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, providing solutions to their queries and concerns.
• Promote and sell arenaflex's products and services to the traveling public or freight forwarders.
• Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
• Interpret authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments.
• Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
• Provide support to distressed passengers and customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Protect arenaflex's business assets and revenue, maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.
• Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, including operating motor skills.
• Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe.
• Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision.
• Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations, following internal and external regulations and procedures.
• May be required to drive and operate air stairs to various types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers.
• Be responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees.
• May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities.

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum Qualifications:

+ High school degree or GED + Read, write, fluently speak, and recognize the English language + Bilingual language skills are required in some locations + Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable + Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays + Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis
