Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our Network Protection and Cybersecurity team, working closely with our experts to identify, mitigate, and recover from digital threats. You'll have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your skills in emergency management, threat assessment, and collaboration, and contribute to the development of our organization's security protocols. This is a part-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop high-quality technical solutions

• Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies, and compliance with departmental standards
• Manage project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams
• Participate in system and acceptance testing
• Scope of work may vary depending on the team project

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, cybersecurity)

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Basic knowledge of data security and threat mitigation standards, theories, and practices preferred
• Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred
• Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred
• Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement preferred
• Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred
• Basic knowledge of technical environment required
• Openness to Agile philosophies preferred
• Coursework or experience related to network security preferred
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines preferred
• Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year preferred
• Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition preferred
• Ability to work in a culture that is open, direct, conscious, kind, and empathetic
• Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cybersecurity or network protection role

• Knowledge of threat intelligence, incident response, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems
• Experience with security frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
• Familiarity with cloud security, virtualization, and containerization
• Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001)
