Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Operations and Customer Center team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our operational teams, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners
  • Supporting our operational teams in achieving business objectives and resolving operational challenges
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experiences
  • Analyzing data and information to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Center Assignments

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assigned to one of the following centers:

  • Load Control Center: This center is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading of aircraft, while also maintaining compliance with manufacturer and company regulations. You will work closely with the Load Control Center team to develop and implement applications and efficiencies that reduce responsibility for the loading process.
  • Fuel Methodology: This center is responsible for developing and implementing fuel management strategies that optimize fuel consumption and reduce costs. You will work closely with the Fuel Methodology team to research and develop techniques for determining safe and efficient fuel loads, improving aircraft routing, and enhancing payload gauging.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., software engineering, research, finance, modern design, aviation management) preferred
  • Availability: Must be available to work for three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
  • Enrollment: Must be enrolled in an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
  • Adaptability: Must be willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges; ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Collaboration: Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Communication: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint a plus
  • Safety and Security: Must prioritize the safety and security of self and others, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Must be able to work effectively with diverse individuals, styles, and perspectives
