Job Summary

As a Data Entry Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer data with precision, ensuring accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll support our customer care team by entering and updating data, managing customer information, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and update customer information into our database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Manage and maintain customer records to ensure all data is current and correct, and that customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with generating reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer experiences.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data integrity and quality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with data management software and CRM systems.
