Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing Service to Patients: Answer patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining positive patient relations.
- Excellent Communication: Provide clear, concise, and effective communication to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- ETM Software Operation: Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software, ensuring seamless integration with our billing and account operations.
- Billing and Account Operations: Learn and understand our billing and account operations, including researching and resolving problems with patients' bills.
- Telephone Inquiries: Answer and document all telephone inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to patients' questions and concerns.
- Research and Resolution: Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Insurance Coverage: Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Printing and Rebilling: Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebill accounts after receiving insurance information.
- Financial Agreements: Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Microsoft Windows Environment: Understanding and familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (oral and written) are required, as well as the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
- Bilingual English/Spanish: Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
