Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Responding to questions, providing information, and promoting products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and exploring all options to satisfy their needs.
- Identifying root causes of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.
- Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.
- Proven record of great attendance.
- Ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
