Voiceover Artist for Elite True Crime channel - Contract to Hire

We are looking for an experienced voiceover artist to help us create the best true crime videos on YouTube! About us: Our channel will be based on one principle: creating the highest quality true crime videos on the internet. With our talented and growing team, we will post weekly videos on never-before-seen cases, blending bodycam footage, photos, and animation to match and surpass the best channels in the niche. Although our aim is to create something truly distinct, the best reference for our channel is the current gold standard, Dr Insanity. What you’ll do: - Narrate weekly scripts with 15-20 minutes of VO. - Provide the channel with the emotive edge it needs to stand out: we need a voice that can carry the emotional weight of the cases we’re delivering. - Work hand in hand with the creative director to achieve the vision we have. - Give feedback on the scripts, and contribute to the creative direction of the channel. What we’re looking for (required): - An emotive, male voice, in his 20s to 40s. - Experience narrating in true crime or true crime-adjacent styles. - Someone who can deliver weekly narrations, alongside touch-ups and revisions where needed. - A narrator who is willing to work with the creative director to achieve the exact style needed for the channel. - An eagerness to succeed: we want to create the best true crime channel on YouTube, and we hope you’ll be along for the ride!
