market, with a focus on the burgeoning FinTech sector. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier tech talent for a diverse range of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, innovative recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles. Conduct in-depth candidate screening and interviews, assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and direct outreach. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment efforts. Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing them with an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process. Utilize recruitment technology and tools to track candidate progress and optimize efficiency. Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative team environment. Contribute to the development and refinement of employer branding initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with a significant portion focused on the FinTech industry. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles. Expertise in various sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced techniques. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, programming languages, and technology stacks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
