NetSuite ERP Support Specialist / IT HelpDesk
We are looking for a NetSuite ERP Support Specialist to help our team maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot our ERP system. This is the core focus of the role — ensuring our NetSuite environment runs smoothly, users get timely assistance, and processes are continuously improved. While NetSuite expertise is the priority, experience with general IT support (Windows, VoIP, networking, applications) is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is flexible, eager to learn, and comfortable adapting to evolving needs. Primary Responsibilities – NetSuite ERP Support Provide support for NetSuite ERP, addressing system questions, user requests, and issue resolution. Create, modify, and manage saved searches, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and reports. Assist with ERP integrations and system enhancements. Document fixes and best practices, and help create user-friendly guides. Collaborate with team members to improve ERP workflows and efficiency. Secondary (Nice-to-Have) Skills – General IT Support Troubleshoot Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office Suite issues. Provide guidance on basic networking questions. Support and troubleshoot VoIP implementations. Assist with general application support and maintenance. What We’re Looking For Proven experience with NetSuite ERP in a support or admin role. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Nice to Have (Not Required) SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics experience. NetSuite certification(s). General IT support background.
