Position: Healthcare Administration Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $40–$60/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities

  • Build long-horizon front-office tasks in healthcare administration with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
  • Develop scenarios in patient access including scheduling, eligibility verification, and intake with required fields.
  • Create coordination tasks such as referral routing and records-request fulfillment with HIPAA elements.
  • Design patient communication templates for pre-visit and post-visit with required disclosures.
  • Work independently and focus on challenging scenarios that require long sessions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years in patient access, front office, or healthcare admin.
  • Expertise in EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and referral coordination.
  • Ability to read and produce admin artifacts like scheduling workflows and intake forms.
  • Clear written communication to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
