Job duties: Work remote or hybrid. We have offices in Sacramento and Grass Valley. Seeking a Municipal Attorney with 3+ years of experience for statewide municipal advisory practice. You should know some of the following:
- Municipal Law, public law
- Brown Act, CA Public Records Act, CEQA, Cortese Knox Hertzberg Act
- Land Use, housing, post redevelopment
- Elections
- Utility services, public works contracting
- Labor and employment
