Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Duties
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads and nurture existing client relationships through warm calling techniques
- Conduct D2C (direct to consumer) sales conversations, presenting clinical solutions that align with patient needs
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update customer data, and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals by understanding client needs and offering appropriate service solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and develop strategies for business development
- Maintain detailed records of all communications, sales activities, and follow-up tasks to ensure seamless account management
Experience/Skills
- Fluent in Spanish is required
- Previous dental experience is a plus!
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate clearly
- Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and working with direct to consumer leads is preferred
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to inside sales is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
