Marketing Intern – Demand Generation, Field Marketing
Job Description:
- Support in the execution of integrated campaigns across email, ABM digital, and webinars aligned to pipeline goals
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deployment within marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
- Assist with audience segmentation, list management, and campaign QA to ensure accurate targeting
- Assist in the planning and logistics for field events, trade shows, and virtual webinars aimed at enterprise leaders.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure event strategies align with regional goals.
- Execute post-event follow-up workflows, including email nurtures and lead routing
- Ensure timely lead processing, scoring, and handoff to sales within CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Track key campaign and event performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline influence)
- Help build dashboards that show how marketing events directly impact the sales pipeline.
- Conduct basic performance analysis to inform optimization of campaigns and events
Requirements:
- Current Student: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Juniors or Seniors preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; interest in learning platforms like Salesforce or Marketo and AI based tools
- Communication: Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Organization: High attention to detail - you’re the person who catches the typo in the first paragraph.
