The position focuses on optimizing campaigns, building AI solutions, and maintaining critical data pipelines for millions of customers. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency and support service recovery initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Automate list management and optimize dialer performance for outbound campaigns.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and performance dashboards.
- Implement AI-driven automation for data operations and campaign execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Must Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and Databricks.
- Strong data visualization skills and ability to work independently.
Domain/Industry Experience: Customer service, retail, or financial services experience preferred.
