to take ownership of our site’s technical health, performance, and evolution. In this role, you will manage everything from high-level theme customization to routine backend maintenance, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our users. ### Core Responsibilities
Development & Customization:
Execute front-end and back-end updates, including custom theme development and sophisticated layout adjustments.
Performance Optimization:
Audit and refine site speed, database efficiency, and plugin configurations to ensure peak performance.
Security & Maintenance:
Manage core updates, implement robust security protocols, and perform regular backups to safeguard site integrity.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues, plugin conflicts, and hosting hurdles. ### Technical Requirements
WordPress Mastery:
Deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, including Gutenberg, ACF, and popular page builders.
Coding Proficiency:
Strong command of

Optimization Expert:
