Fullstack Engineer, Product Platform: Collaboration

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for helping make consistent and clear user experiences, while keeping scalability in mind. Specifically on the Product Platform - Collaboration team, you will contribute to building components and APIs that make it more efficient for Vanta users to complete GRC and Trust management tasks. We believe in building these components and APIs in a way that makes them easy to adopt by other engineering teams within Vanta. • Execute on projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to enable our business and team to scale
• Advocate for product quality and collaborate with product engineering teams on cross cutting features
• Work with talented and kind engineers to make a significant impact on our customer base, enabling them to improve their security and prove it
• Contribute to building Vanta’s engineering culture as we grow

How to be successful in this role:

• Have 3+ years of industry experience
• Have an interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space
• Have experience with full stack development, delivering customer facing components that are used by multiple product teams
• Have experience with infrastructure challenges related to scale, reliability, and performance
• Have previous startup experience, or worked in an environment that prioritizes a bias for action
• Experience with GraphQL, Typescript and React
