Community Development Coordinator

Develop and implement community outreach programs in collaboration with local organizations and businesses. Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the community. Serve as a liaison between CVS Health and the community, promoting our values and mission. Conduct research and analysis to identify community needs and develop strategies to address them. Organize and coordinate events, initiatives, and activities that align with the company's community development goals. Develop and manage budgets for community initiatives and events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for community development efforts. Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including community members, business leaders, and colleagues. Serve as a spokesperson for CVS Health in the community, promoting our initiatives and impact. Monitor and evaluate the success of community development programs and make recommendations for improvement. Stay informed about local and national issues and trends related to community development and incorporate them into strategies and initiatives. Maintain accurate records and reports on community development activities. Lead and inspire a team of volunteers to support community initiatives. Continuously seek opportunities to engage and partner with other organizations and businesses to maximize impact.
