It is the safest, easiest referral you will ever make. The Role: Home Value Consultant This is a relationship-driven role. You will bridge the gap between real estate advisory and home energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Your Database: Revisit your past buyers and current listings to offer a "value-add" solution. You are not just selling a house; you are helping them lower their monthly carrying costs.
  • The Ultimate Listing Tool: Use our solar rental program to help sellers lower the utility costs of their homes, making their listings more attractive to buyers.
  • Referral Network: Build relationships with other agents, mortgage brokers, and home inspectors to create a steady stream of warm leads.
  • Consultation: Conduct initial home assessments and work with our technical team to present proposals that show clear monthly savings.
  • Territory Ownership: While supported nationally, you will drive growth within your specific residential market.
