Key Responsibilities

- Required Skills and Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience

1+ year of customer service experience preferred (call center or remote environment is a plus).

Full-time positions available.

Standard shifts range from Monday to Friday.
