Product Owner – Player Account Management
Job Description:
- Manage and enhance the PAM ecosystem, ensuring smooth operation across all functions
- Build further functionalities in CMS to support operations efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance services within the unified platform
- Drive continuous improvement of system capabilities beyond basic account management
- Streamline workflows across marketing, customer support, and compliance teams
- Ensure unified player profiles are accessible for efficient decision-making
- Reduce operational friction through system integration and process optimisation
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a fast-paced, agile, digital environment
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criterias
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented in managing priorities and delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing user experience and conversion
- Hands-on problem solver who can manage multiple priorities and take initiative
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities through market and competitor analysis
- Comfortable investigating issues and coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers
- Passion for building high-quality, user-centric products
- Advantageous: Experience in Gaming, Forex, or Crypto industries
- Experience working on customer onboarding and conversion flows
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar product-focused certification
- Experience working with remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones
