Remote Psychologist for Veteran Assessments
Valor Health is looking for a passionate, experienced Licensed Psychologist to join our growing team of medical professionals dedicated to supporting U.S. veterans as they navigate the VA disability compensation process. As a contracted Psychologist, you will conduct independent mental health evaluations via telehealth, helping veterans obtain the medical evidence they need for their claims. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring those who served our country receive the benefits they’ve earned. About the Role:
- Position Type: Independent Contractor
- Location: Fully Remote (Telehealth)
- Evaluations: Independent psychological assessments (no treatment or ongoing care)
- Population: U.S. military veterans seeking VA disability benefits
- Scheduling: Flexible – you control your calendar!
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an active, unrestricted psychology license in a PSYPACT-participating state
- Licensed in New York or Oregon is a plus
- Approved to practice telepsychology under APIT with PSYPACT
- Has experience conducting VA disability, forensic, or independent psychological evaluations
- Comfortable using EMRs and working in a remote environment
