What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Use proven cold-calling scripts to spark interest & set qualified meetings
- Handle objections like a pro and refine your sales pitch daily
- Develop resilience, confidence, and top-tier cold-calling skills
- Continuously improve through coaching and feedback

Growth Path Start as an Associate SDR → Develop your skills → Crush your targets → Get promoted to SDR, AE, or beyond. Typical timeline: 12–24 months (as fast as 8–12 months) Compensation: base + commission: $32,000 base salary with quarterly raises; $53,000 OTE (on target earnings with commission) Desired Skills and Experience
Responsibilities
- Learn and execute outbound prospecting through calling, texting, and emailing
- Follow established scripts and processes to generate interest and book meetings
- Participate in trainings, team meetings, and coaching sessions
- Collaborate with team members and managers to improve performance
- Begin identifying potential business opportunities through conversations
- Support sales efforts by tracking activity and staying organized with leads and follow-ups
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; customer service experience is a plus
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude with a high level of coachability
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to improve
