Consultants attend 8-10 appointments weekly, with all appointments pre-set and confirmed by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting. The company emphasizes a supportive environment with a high appointment success rate and invests significantly in each appointment to ensure consultant success.
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-set, confirmed appointments with homeowners
- Clearly explain solar options, pricing, and benefits

- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
