About the Role: We are seeking a Strategic Copywriter (L3) who can independently lead copy strategy and execute high-quality ecommerce content across a variety of channels. This role is ideal for a confident, experienced writer who can own projects from concept to completion, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute meaningfully to creative and strategic discussions. The ideal candidate has a strong command of brand voice, messaging hierarchy, conversion-focused writing, and SEO best practices. This individual should be comfortable working directly with partners and clients to shape compelling, conversion-driven narratives while also leveraging AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency through brainstorming, research, editing, and proofreading support. This is a full-time, fully remote position. Responsibilities:

• Lead copy strategy development and creative conversations with internal teams and external partners
• Write and deliver high-quality ecommerce copy across all brand needs with minimal oversight
• Collaborate cross-functionally with advertising, design, SEO, and content strategy teams to ensure cohesive messaging
• Utilize AI tools to support copy brainstorming, research aggregation, proofreading, and workflow efficiency while maintaining originality and quality
• Conduct competitive research and analyze tone of voice, positioning, and messaging strategies
• Apply expertise in on- and off-Amazon SEO to optimize content performance and visibility
• Participate in client and stakeholder conversations, contributing strategic and creative input
• Manage projects independently, ensuring timelines, quality, and strategic alignment are consistently met
• Maintain brand voice consistency and messaging hierarchy across all deliverables
• Support ongoing content optimization initiatives based on performance insights and marketplace trends

Primary Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a copywriter in ecommerce, marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to consistently maintain brand voice and messaging clarity
• Strong understanding of messaging hierarchy, positioning, and conversion-focused writing
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and developing tone of voice frameworks
• Expertise in SEO strategy, including Amazon SEO and broader digital ecosystems
• Experience and comfort utilizing AI learning models and tools to enhance writing workflows, including ideation, research, editing, and proofreading
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage projects independently
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting ideas to clients or stakeholders
