- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver specialized instruction in resource, self-contained, or inclusion settings
- Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
- Track student progress and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families
- Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
--- Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid South Carolina teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility)
- Experience with IEP development and compliance preferred
- Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with diverse learners
