Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of incoming calls and providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers
- Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust
- Providing solutions and options to manage complaints and follow up to secure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Experience with iOS and macOS
- Ability to work nights and some weekends (8am – 6pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 8am – 4pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays)
