Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience by:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information
- Documenting all customer interactions and issues using our CRM system
- Working collaboratively with the team to resolve complex customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Meeting performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution
- Assisting with other tasks as needed, including administrative duties or data entry
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with working independently and managing your time effectively
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once
- A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet access
- Must be located in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
