As an Online Airport Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional service to travelers from the comfort of their own homes. You'll be responsible for responding to passenger inquiries via online channels, assisting with booking and reservations, and providing information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to passenger inquiries via online channels such as chat and email.

  • Assist passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries.
  • Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with airline systems and procedures is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
