Job Summary

As an Online Airport Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our passengers from the comfort of your own home. You'll be responsible for responding to passenger inquiries via online channels, assisting with booking and reservations, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure that passengers receive the highest level of service.

Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding service.
