Job Summary
As a Home Improvement Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling online orders, coordinating delivery and installation of appliances, and resolving customer issues. This role involves training on-site in Lakeland, FL, before transitioning to remote work. Responsibilities
As a Home Improvement Retail Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Communicating with customers over the phone, via email, and online chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Navigating a computer with multiple windows and screens to assist customers, utilizing our proprietary systems to provide seamless support
- Resolving customer issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience, leveraging your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of appliances, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- The ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Open availability between 6am-2am EST, 7 days a week, with a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our customers
- Reliable transportation to and from the training site in Lakeland, FL, with a valid driver's license
