Position Overview:

arenaflex is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to support our inbound customer service, sales representatives, help desk, and back-office processing representatives. The ideal candidates will troubleshoot basic technical issues, build strong relationships with customers while professionally representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Listen to Customers: Understand their needs and resolve customer issues. - Utilize Systems and Technology: Complete account management tasks efficiently. - Recognize Sales Opportunities: Apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences. - Explain and Position Products: Educate customers on products and processes. - Escalate Customer Dissatisfaction: Collaborate with managerial teams to resolve issues. - Ensure First Call Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Typing Speed: Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute). - Microsoft Office Suite: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). - Windows Operating System: Basic understanding of Windows operating system. - Reliability: Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. - Customer Service Orientation: Empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious. - Problem-Solving: Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues. - Conflict Resolution: Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation. - Team Orientation: Strong team orientation and customer focus. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity.

Conditions of Employment:
