[Hiring] 3rd Party Collections Representative @CrossCheck, Inc.

Role Description Optio Solutions is seeking a motivated Remote Collection Representative to manage past-due accounts, communicate with consumers, and secure payments while maintaining a professional and compliant approach. Earnings potential of $35,360 - $55,000 annually (includes hourly rate and bonus opportunity).

• Make and receive phone calls in compliance with FDCPA guidelines and various regulatory agencies and state and local laws
• Negotiate and secure payment arrangements
• Meet collection and performance goals
• Maintain call volume and collection targets
• Collaborate with team members and work effectively under pressure
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills
• Solid verbal communication and negotiating skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure with strict deadlines
• Professional demeanor in high-stress situations
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Able to work well independently
