Step Springs, set to open in October 2025, is a 50-bed men's residential program focused on addiction recovery, life skills, and workforce development. The organization provides a structured setting where individuals can achieve sobriety, accountability, and self-sufficiency through work and community support. Inspired by the successful framework of Step Denver, which has been aiding men in overcoming addiction and homelessness since 1983, Step Springs brings this impactful program to Colorado Springs. The program aims to provide life-changing opportunities for men facing homelessness and addiction challenges. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Accounts Receivable Credit Manager. The role involves overseeing credit control and credit management processes, assessing and mitigating credit risks, managing debt collection activities, and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments. The Accounts Receivable Credit Manager will also analyze financial data and create reports to support decision-making, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective financial operations.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Credit Control and Credit Management to assess creditworthiness and manage payment terms effectively. Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance for evaluating financial risks and generating reports to support business decisions. Experience in Debt Collection to ensure timely and consistent collection of outstanding balances. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex financial scenarios efficiently. Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with accounting software is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and coordinate across teams.
