The Opportunity This is a part-time W2 position perfect for a licensed therapist who wants purposeful, flexible clinical work without the weight of a full-time schedule. You will not be thrown into a full caseload from day one. We build slowly and intentionally, because we want you to feel genuinely supported before your schedule fills. What You Will Do - Provide individual therapy to adults, and/or work with children, adolescents, couples, or families based on your strengths and interests - Complete timely clinical documentation in our EHR system - Participate in biweekly paid group supervision for structured case consultation and professional support - Collaborate with and consult our full clinical team between sessions whenever you need guidance or a second perspective - Participate in occasional team check-ins Clinical Support and Supervision We take clinical support seriously. Every clinician receives biweekly paid individual supervision, giving you a dedicated space for ongoing case consultation, professional development, and peer connection. Beyond that, you will have open access to consult with any member of our clinical team at any time. You are never navigating a difficult case alone. Minimum Qualifications - Active California license in good standing: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT - Clean BBS record - Experience or strong clinical interest in adult individual therapy and/or trauma, child/adolescent, or family work - Comfortable with telehealth and EHR documentation Preferred (But Not Required) - Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred) - Trauma-informed training: TF-CBT, EMDR, CPP, or similar - Experience with first responder populations - Experience serving Medi-Cal managed care clients Schedule and Location - 100% remote telehealth, serving California-based clients - You set your own availability - 15 hours per week to start, growing over time at your pace Compensation and Benefits - $55 to $65 per hour based on experience, W2 employment - We are committed to raising clinician compensation as the practice expands. - Biweekly paid supervision included - Professional development and niche-specific training provided -Benefits available to full time employees - 2 openings available -We begin credentialing the moment you accept. In the meantime, you will be getting oriented, connected to the team, and set up for a smooth caseload launch. The early weeks are intentionally light — so you can start strong, not scrambling.
