Join Our Telehealth Team - Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) in Washington Job Summary We're expanding our telehealth program and need licensed therapists in Washington to join our care team. As a remote therapist, you'll provide accessible counseling services to individuals and families, helping them strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and work toward long-term emotional well-being. You'll have the freedom of remote work combined with the reliability of a consistent schedule. Schedule & Compensation
- Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- $100,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
- Create structured, client-centered treatment plans
- Track outcomes and revise care plans as necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues for coordinated care delivery
- Document services accurately and in compliance with standards
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
- Minimum 2 years of therapy experience
- Strong telehealth communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based care
