BCaBA (Assistant Behavior Analyst) – Clinical Support - Cumming, GA
About the position Limitless is a client-led ABA clinic combining science and compassion. We meet children where they are and collaborate closely with families to build meaningful, individualized treatment plans—no cookie-cutter programming. Capped caseload: 5–7
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA services under BCBA supervision in accordance with BACB standards and ethical practice
- Support clinical programming through data review, treatment integrity support, and program updates
- Coach, support, and mentor RBTs/BTs to improve consistency and quality of implementation
- Assist with components of assessments and treatment planning (as assigned/supervised by BCBA)
- Participate in collaboration with families/caregivers and the clinical team to support meaningful progress
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and professional communication
Requirements
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities
- CPR/First Aid (current or willing to obtain by start date—your call)
- Driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening and meet payer/role requirements as applicable
