Job Title: BCBA-remote Job Location: Edgewater, OH Company Name: Little Acorn ABA Company Slogan: We're here to nurture the mighty oak that's hidden inside your little acorn Job Summary: Little Acorn ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA with our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, personalized services to help our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual strengths, needs, and goals
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on client needs and preferences
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of BIPs
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with clients, families, and professionals regarding changes and updates
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, including assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress notes
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and professionals
- Proficiency in behavioral analysis techniques and intervention methods
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
