Development Editor/Ghostwriter for Rom-Com novel

I’m looking for a developmental editor with strong ghostwriting ability to collaborate on a commercial romantic comedy novel. This is not a light edit. I need someone who can help shape the story and write at a high level—a true creative partner who understands pacing, humor, and emotional payoff in rom-coms.
