Available Position: Social Media & Talent Management Intern (Remote Position) Your schedule would require you to start immediately for a 3-day-a-week commitment. The internship can run anywhere from 3 to 6 months in duration. This is a remote position, so you will not be required to come into an office. You must be based in the United States. We're seeking individuals who are creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Social Media Intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of social media management, gaining valuable insight and hands-on experience in the social media and entertainment industry. Description: The designated intern's duties would include (but are not limited to):

  • Creating a posting schedule for clients and scheduling posts on their pages
  • Tracking analytics in order to grow the client base
  • Assisting with new client outreach, as well as maintaining direct communication with current clients
  • Conducting research on trends, brand deals, and potential opportunities for new clients
  • Providing input on client packages, promotional materials, and story posts
  • Light administrative duties to support day-to-day operations
  • Additional tasks as assigned, which may provide exposure to various aspects of talent management and production to enhance your skill set for potential advancement within the company

You will have involvement in multiple facets of talent management, working with a diverse range of clients across different genres and mediums. Candidates must have a genuine passion for storytelling and a keen interest in the entertainment industry as a whole. Requirements:

  • A strong interest in social media and a desire to pursue a career in the entertainment industry
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who enjoys collaboration
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • A critical thinker with a keen eye for social media and trends
  • Basic computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to learn new software as needed
  • A major plus: Familiarity with Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook

Strict requirements:

  • Must be available 3 days a week for a minimum 3 - 6 month commitment.
  • Must own a working laptop and cell phone.
  • A genuine passion for social media content creation and management, able to analyze data and work with influencers directly
